Clouds in the sky, clouds in the rhododendron. Spring is here in a big way. Happy end of April / start of May!
Questions:
- do you use a feed reader?
- If not, why not?
- If so, which one?
- is it google reader?
- what are you going to do now that they're shutting Google Reader down?
I've just downloaded feedly and I'm taking deep breaths because it's not EXACTLY like what I just left. (I do this every time - when the original Bloglines shuttered I was a mess until I got comfortable with Google Reader. Fortunately, the window of freakiness gets shorter and shorter as time marches on.) I'm trying to adapt a non-attachment attitude and it's almost working. A L M O S T.
But seriously, what are you doing?
I've already abandoned google reader. I went back to bloglines. I'm still getting used to the new format. I think it's better than the old bloglines.
ReplyDeleteoooh - I 'll have to see if my old bloglines login still works.
ReplyDeleteI really like Feedly now that I've spent more than 2 hours with it and have it almost all organized the way I want. It's very flexible for the # of blogs and sites I follow.
I don't use a feed reader. I just keep my favorites bookmarked and check them once in a while, which sorts of fits in with my whole stumbling around approach to the internet.
ReplyDeleteInteresting, AB. I have too many!! I love having them in a reader - collecting them together in one spot is kind of like editing my own special for me magazine. If you ever decide to go the reader route, I can recommend Feedly!
